Certification Exam
The 2024 Certification Examination will be held on
Monday, November 4.
The exam will be administered via local testing centres.
The ACE Committee will host a virtual information session in July/August 2024.
Examination Fee: $950.00 CAD
You must be a paid Associate member in good standing to apply ($350)
Official electronic transcripts from your accredited perfusion program will be required to apply to the certification examination.
*IMPORTANT*
You must provide proof of graduation with OFFICIAL transcripts from your accredited training institution to apply for this exam. If, at the time of application, your official transcripts are unavailable due to your graduation date, you must alternatively provide a letter from your accredited training institution temporarily confirming your enrolment in the program along with your expected date of graduation.
Official transcripts must be received either electronically directly from your accredited training institution or by hard copy by Canada Post/courier to the CSCP National Office NO LATER than September 30 in the year you intend to write the exam. (no exceptions)
